  Aghios Artemios Traditional Houses

Located on the east coast of Santorini in the area of Imerovigli and only 4km from the capital town Fira "Aghios Artemios" offers a magnificent view over the sparkling waters of the Aegean. Watching the sunrise on the sea horizon is an unforgettable experience. Not far from Aghios Artemios our guests can enjoy the quiet beaches of Pori, Koloumbo and Baxedes.

A special effort has been made at Aghios Artemios Traditional Houses to carry on the style of the unique Cycladic architecture whilst preserving the original structure of this historical 15th century setting. The old caves which were used as dormitories for pilgrims, a winery and stables have been restored and converted to attractive apartments.

The combination of the well preserved church and the white walls of the vaulted rooms in its courtyard create a peaceful meditative monastic feel and the serene atmosphere is an oasis of relaxation.
