| This apartment consists of the back bedroom
and front sitting room. The bedroom had a double bed and
plenty of storage space. The sitting room has a sofa,
table, 2 extra beds and a traditional kitchen. The apartment
leads out onto the courtyard, a perfect spot for admiring
the spectacular Caldera, Volcano and deep blue sea. A
few steps from the courtyard lead you to the outside bathroom. |

| The Upper Floor Apartment is equally divided
into two rooms by a wall with a door and two windows that
allow light and fresh air to penetrate the sleeping area
that is furnished with 2 single beds. The front living
room has two sofas that can sleep two more persons. The
charming little veranda offers a breathtaking view of
the Caldera and the Volcano. This apartment has a kitchenette
to make breakfast or simple meals. A staircase leads from
the living room to the loft that is furnished with a double
mattress and the bathroom. |

| "House Nicoletta" in Oia is a recently
restored traditional house situated the cliff peak close to
the Venetian Castle. It overlooks the Caldera and the Santorini
Volcano. Due to its unique location, "House Nicoletta"
offers a panoramic view of the entire village of Oia and at
the same time ensures privacy and tranquility. The house has
easily reachable access to the main village street where one
can find all the restaurants, shops and art galleries. |

| House Nicoletta is a two storey house that is
partly carved out of the Volcanic rock (cave house). Each floor
is separated into two rooms in traditional Santorinian style
by a wall with a door and three interior windows. The rooms
in the back are the bedrooms, and the ones in the front of the
house are living rooms suitable to accommodate 2 more persons.
The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, and just
outside the front door there is a little courtyard. The upper
floor has a kitchenette and a small but quite lovely veranda,
from where one can enjoy the best views of the Caldera. There
is also a separate side entrance. |
